Miss Mary Ann & the Ragtime Wranglers

The Ragtime Wranglers enjoy being busy playing in their hometown; we like the advantages of short travels and meeting our local loyal fans. But 8 gigs in Rotterdam within a month time never happened to us before. We just played the Walhalla Theatre, Tikis and 3 shows at the Cinerama cinema with Wilfried de Jong at the "Sportfilmfestival Rotterdam" (picture below). Gigs to come are Rotown (27 April - 3 PM), Sunset Café (27 April - 5 PM) and the Bevrijdingsfestival at "Het Park" close to the Eurotower (5 May - 2 PM).

The Ragtime Wranglers spelen graag in hun thuishaven, want dat betekent korte reistijden en de aanwezigheid van onze trouwe locale fans. Maar 8 optredens in Rotterdam binnen een maand is ons nog nooit overkomen. We speelden al in het Walhalla Theater, Tikis en 3 maal in bioskoop Cinerama met Wilfried de Jong voor het Sportfilmfestival Rotterdam (foto onder). Dit komt er nog aan: Rotown (27 april - 15:00 uur), Sunset Café (27 april - 17:00 uur) en het Bevrijdingsfestival in het Park (5 mei - 14:00 uur).

Everyone who checked our "picture of the month" page (picture link) in the past already have seen the Miss Mary Ann beercan and the Miss Mary Ann blender. Well.... we have one more item to add: this B-26 Marauder bomber (below).

Ieder die onze pagina "foto van de maand" (picture link) al eens bezocht heeft, heeft het Miss Mary Ann bierblikje en de Miss Mary Ann blender wel gezien. We hebben hier weer iets aan toe te voegen: deze B-26 Marauder bommenwerper (onder).

And again the Ragtime Wranglers are the photographers pick of choice. Huey and Siets took the previous round, and they're all over town at the North Sea Round Town posters again. But this time it's Joe's turn again; picture below with his Magnatone Mark V (photo Michael Loos).

En weer zijn de Ragtime Wranglers favoriet bij de fotografen. De vorige ronde was voor Huey and Siets, en ze hangen overal in de stad op de North Sea Round Town posters. Maar deze keer is het weer de beurt aan Joe; foto onder met zijn Magnatone Mark V (foto Michael Loos).
